At the final WSOP table in 1992 Hamid Dastmalchi had about 2-to-1 chip lead with his $2 million-and-something against Tom Jacobs’ $1 million. Jacobs posted a $10,000 Small Blind and Dastmalchi $20,000. The ante was $2,000.

And Here Tom made a big mistake – he bet only 30,000 and gave Hamid the possibility to see the turn cheaply. If his bet had been bigger, Dastmalchi would probably have folded. But it was done and Dastmalchi called to see
   
on the flop. That was exactly what he needed and his flush was made.
