         FINAL HANDS
At the final WSOP table in 1992 Hamid Dastmalchi had about 2-to-1 chip lead with his $2 million-and-something against Tom Jacobs’ $1 million. Jacobs posted a $10,000 Small Blind and Dastmalchi $20,000. The ante was $2,000.

    and Tom got

Jacobs just called with 10,000 and Dastmalchi checked.

      The flop was

And Hamid Dastmalchi rose his hands in triumph. He was the new champion and the winner of the first prize – lovely sum of $1 million.
